Trinidad Beef
Origin: Trinidad
Medium-Medio

They love curries in the Caribbean, especially in Trinidad with its large East Indian population. This medium hot curry uses spices and ingredients found typically in the region such as allspice and banana not to mention the unique curry powder found throughout the islands. This curry is not available at the moment.


Saag Jhinga Malai 
Origin: Bangladesh
Mild-Suave


This dish from the coastal region of Bengal is made up of scallops and prawns in a spinach, tomato and mustard seed curry sauce may be eaten with rice or even with noodles. It is superb for entertaining. Re-heat it gently. This curry is not available at the moment.



Hariyali Murgh (Green Chicken)

A parsee style dish. It is quite mild with a nice herbal taste and aroma, originating from the coriander and mint. This curry is not available at the moment.

Chana Palak
A beautiful vegetarian curry of spinach and chickpeas. Mild but full of taste.


Beef Kerala
kerala is the only state in India where you can acvtually buy beef. This curry is a delicious combination of beef, fruits and sweet potatoes. Very mild.
