Similar to Fish Molee, an Anglo Indian Raj dish, is common along the west coast of India and Sri Lanka. It is a delicately flavoured coconut based curry with white fish such as hake or bream.
Parecido al molee de pescado, un plato Raj, es común a lo largo de la costa oeste de la India y Sri Lanka. Se trata de un curry de coco de sabor delicado base de pescado blanco como la merluza, el robalo o el besugo.
Heating Instructions / Preparación:
Defrost and then place in low heat oven in metal tray
Para preparar en casa se debe descongelar y calentar dentro de la bandeja metalica en horno a fuego lento
