Pork Vindaloo

Vindaloo is made in the region of Goa, previously dominated by the Portuguese. The word comes from Vin for vinegar and aloo from alho, or garlic in Portuguese, and is traditionally made from Pork. A word of warning, though - this is a hot curry and not for the faint-hearted.

Este curry viene de la región de Goa, que antiguamente era una colonia Portuguesa. La palabra Vindaloo proviene de Vin, de vinagre, y aloo o alho, que quiere decir ajo en portugués, tradicionalmente se hace con Cerdo. Un aviso, este curry es muy picante, no apto para los no iniciados.
